You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Students under 18 should use the Service under the supervision of a coach, teacher, or guardian.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Coaches are responsible for managing their students, assigning appropriate training content, and ensuring safe and respectful use of the platform. Students are expected to engage with training material honestly and respectfully.
All content, features, and functionality of Valora Chess, including software, designs, text, and graphics, are the property of Valora Chess and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile information or training responses. By using the Service, you grant Valora Chess a limited license to use such content solely to operate and improve the platform.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features offered as part of pilot programs, without prior notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Valora Chess is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valora Chess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
